Fast, well packaged, not a single broken tile! I ordered honed marble and before they even placed my order I received an email showing the variances in the marble tile, with pictures - to confirm I understood they would not all be exactly the same. (One could be light, one with darker swirls, etc.) The tile was beautiful. I would use them again.
