Repeat customer - Amazon and Direct 1 people found this helpfulI discovered SCO on Amazon and was nervous about purchasing sight unseen online/ via Amazon, but the reviews were great, so I started with a sample. I received it and loved the quality. I purchased the rest for our 1st bathroom floor. It was great and I really liked how well the tile blended. Fast forward 5 years when we are doing our 2nd bathroom reno. I wanted the same floor and ordered again, and even had 2 sheets from the last project. We had the same great results and the old tile blended well. Only hiccup was that I didn't order enough and didn't realize until the installers were ready to grout the next day - yikes! I tried local big box shops as well as local tile shops, but no one carried honed marble (only polished). Amazon showed a week until delivery, but I looked up their website and called them directly to see about expediting. Their customer service was excellent. The fact that they have standard free shipping is amazing, and even better that they are located on the West AND East Coast. I did pay for overnight to keep our project on schedule, but I'm confident in what I will receive. Will definitely use them for future projects.

2 inch quartz hex tile 1 people found this helpfulThis is the second time I've ordered from Stonecenteronline.com. Being a repeat customer says something by itself. I bought this product from Stonecenteronline.com because the equivalent product from the Orange Box Store is about 50% "tainted" with too many brown and yellow colored tiles. The product from Stonecenteronline.com was pure white/grey, as we wanted. Also, they are very communicative and will send you a picture of your product before shipping so you can verify it's what you want. One thing I'll critique them on, and it's minimal, but the packing peanuts that the product came shipped in are a true disaster! It almost takes longer to unbox and clean up the peanuts than it does to install. I can't emphasize this enough, static clingy packing peanuts are awful. I think bubble wrap would be a dramatically better option there.

Bathroom Renovation 0 people found this helpfulTiles are great, quality and matched well. Exactly what I envisioned for my bathroom flooring. Customer service incredible. I ran short of tiles mid project and needed more within days. I reached out by email on a weekend, got a prompt response, and the tiles were mailed out on Monday...they needed to make it all the way to Texas by Friday (when I needed them), and they did! The people here were so responsive, helpful and accommodating. Will buy from here again for sure!

Unexpected surprise 0 people found this helpfulIn redoing our half bath, I knew exactly the flooring I wanted - Carrara marble hexagon tiles. With no luck looking at the big box stores, I turned to Google. StoneCenter came up and I was delighted to see the exact product I had in mind. I was even more thrilled to see the pricing! I could get the Carrara marble for the same price Home Depot was charging for porcelain tiles! It seemed too good to be true, but I took a chance and placed my order. Having never heard of this company and with pricing that was unreal, I was pretty nervous. Not only did I receive a beautiful product, it arrived safely packaged and just within days! I completely recommend this company - quality product at an incredible value!
