They were able to change the size of my tile (from 12x24 to 6x12) after the order was placed but before it shipped. I wouldn’t bank on this happening again but nonetheless a testament to their commitment to customer service.

I got samples so I could see the current stock, there where two different shadings. I believe the staff @ Sonecenteronline is knowledgeable.

Leap of faith pays off! 4 people found this helpfulWe were reluctant to order italian carrara marble online for our bathroom remodel. But, given the prices locally, the only way we could HAVE a marble bathroom was to go with Stone Center. We were concerned about quality. We were concerned about breakage/damage. Our fears were unfounded. Everything was seamless, from order to delivery. Everything was packed so well, nothing seems broken. When my contractor reaches that part of the job, and begins unpacking and using them, we'll know for sure.

Great price, great product. 1 people found this helpfulEverything was perfect, including the delivery service that called the day before to make sure I'd be home. Only slight imperfection was that some of the protective plastic sheets between the tiles had crinkled up, no longer providing protection, but that's a very minor issue. I plan to order from them again.
