If I had one little suggestion to make, I'd ask you to implement an easier way to recover orders made. (Note: This could very likely be operator error as projects like this can become bigger than we expected!) When in the process of remodeling details and order #s tend to pile up, to be sure. With this particular order, I had a difficult time finding my invoice in my email or on the site when I wanted to a) make sure I had placed the order in the first place, b) know when I could expect its arrival, and c) remind myself what it cost when I was making an expense report.

Carrara Mosaics 0 people found this helpfulOrdered full sheets of mosaics to look at, was sent sample sizes but charged for full size. Refunded the difference promptly, but would have expected them to just send the full size also. Marble is beautiful, though. Will be ordering from them.
