I was very apprehensive about ordering tile online, but our local store wasn't very helpful, so we decided to roll the dice. We were getting tile for 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. They followed up once our order was placed and sent us a picture of each selection before it was shipped.

The tile arrived pretty quickly and looked good. During installation, our tile guy realized that one of the bathrooms had two different shades of the tile...different enough that it was noticeable and coudln't really be blended together. I called and sent a picture of the two shades. The Stone Center was helpful and responsive. They found more tile to replace one of the two shades and sent it via FedEx very quickly.

Our tile installer was happy with the quality of the tile and I was very happy with their service. Would definitely buy from again.
