The customer service was wonderful! Very helpful and responsive. The tile took a little longer than expected; we chalked it up to the holiday causing issues. I ended up picking it up at a warehouse in Houston. The shipper they used was also very nice and helpful. Great experience. We will definitely be ordering here again! We're a home building and remodeling company. Our client was also very pleased with the product.
