Easy-to-use website and great prices. It was the experience that will keep me coming back though. I ordered my tile and then they emailed me to let me know that it appeared that I ordered a different finish than I did when I ordered the sample. Although my order was correct, it was nice to know someone was actually paying attention. Then they sent me an email with pictures of the different hues so I could pick which one I wanted! Shipping was fast and not one chip in any tile.
